You have been asked to create a training program for Dave’s Hamburger Joint focused on improving quality of food and service. You have also been asked to create a memorandum that identifies the specific actions you are going to undertake to ensure transfer of training to the work place. Specifically examine set-up of room, selection of instructors, and lesson plan along woth any other aspect you believe to be important..
There are two items required:
- Power point of the training
- Memorandum discussing the transfer of training components
Weight will be evenly divided between the powerpoint presentation and the memorandum. The memorandum and the powerpoint need to be attached to the same attempt to Bb.
